Why Track Every Calorie You Eat?

Eating really isn’t that complicated. If you are measuring portions or counting every calorie you eat, then the way you are eating is not good for you.

Food that is good for you can be eaten to fullness without guilt, fear, having to be logged in, counted as points or measured out. Part of eating is enjoying your food and feeling full (because you are actually full).
